Shiangela "Shiby" Watkins, 49, Hopkinsville, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in Evansville, IN.

Shiangela, the daughter of the late Van Oscar Rose and Joagnes Russell, was born on December 23, 1974, in Madisonville, KY.

Shiangela was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She was employed at JTEK. She enjoyed playing BINGO and playing cards, gambling, spending time with her family and friends, shopping and watching paternity court.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jesus Christ Rose; son, Tre'Von Matlock; godson, Princeton Willis; a host of aunts and uncles.

Survivors include her sons, Jaqualis Matlock and Jamarion Sharp; siblings, Lamon Watkins, Shannon Rose, Jessie Bradshaw, Demetrius Rose, and Nicole Bradshaw; step mother, Lettrelle Wright; devoted friend, Carla Byers; a host of aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews.
