Stephen Foster Bell, 62, died Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center, Louisville, KY.

A native of Hopkinsville, he was born September 16, 1958, son of the late Sammie and Mary Louise Smith Bell.

Stephen was employed as a Boiler Operator for Arkema Chemical Plant. He was a member of First Street Baptist Church.

In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by three brothers, James S. Bell, Charles A. Bell and Samuel K. Bell, III.

He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Bell, Andrea Bell, Louisville, KY; one brother, Harold (Diane) Bell, two sisters, Lisa Gossett, Mary A. Bell- Davie of Hopkinsville, KY and two grandchildren.
