Terry Wayne Sivils, 55, died Thursday, June 3, 2021 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY.

Born in Christian, County on May 9, 1966, he was the son of the late Henry O. and Mary A. Marshall Sivils.

Terry was a member of Gainesville Baptist Church. He was currently employed as a driver for Christian County Towing. He was also a member of the Hoptown Riders Motorcycle Club.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by three brothers, Henry L. Sivils, Ricky D. Sivils, Robert Sivils and three sisters, Wanda Washington, Katherine Sheppard and Joyce Chambers.

He is survived by four children, Sharika Sivils, D'Corshia Hurt, Keonia Dudley, and Terry James Radford. Siblings, Larry Sivils, Mark Sivils, Eva Mason, Carl H. (Carolyn). Sivils, Linda Sivils, Eddie (Carlene) Hobson, and nine grandchildren
