Thomas Eugene O'Hara, Jr., 57, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at TriStar Centennial, Nashville, TN of natural causes.
A native of Trigg County, Kentucky, he was born February 5, 1963, the son of the late Thomas O'Hara, Sr. and Helen Killebrew O'Hara.
Thomas was a member of Porter's Chapel. He had also served in the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-Janice K. O'Hara and a devoted companion-Arnetha Reeves.
He is survived by his daughter-Juaneesha Reeves, Hopkinsville, KY; four siblings-Scarlett Wharton, Bowling Green, KY; Delsia (Granville) Grimes, Timothy J. O'Hara and Dorothea O'Hara Jones, Hopkinsville, KY
