Timothy Tyrone Thompkins, 52, Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in Christian Co.

Timothy was the son of Kenneth T. and Mary Magdalene Thompkins. He was born May 29, 1971, in Christian Co.

Timothy enjoyed watching Dallas Cowboys, cooking, giving advice & life lessons to people, and spending time with his family. He coached for Christian Co. High School, track, Jr. pro and he also refereed. Timothy was a devoted husband of 32 years and dedicated father to his children.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clarissa and Lawrence Day; Maternal grandfather, George Cushenberry; Paternal Grandfather; Charlene McGregory.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Kimberly Sutton Thompkins; daughters, Ashley (Anthony) Smith and Aliayah Thompkins; siblings, Nitchelle Thompkins and Tervora (Mario) Brasher; 2 grandchildren, Saniya Shields and Raylen Smith; a host of nieces and nephews.
