Born on November 25, 1956, in Russellville, KY., Toynia is the daughter of the late James Baker and Bobbie Jean Bibb Watkins.

She was self-employed as a caregiver.  She was a member of Church of God Russellville, KY.

She enjoyed gardening, arts & crafts, and collecting antiques.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Michael D. Bibb, and Anthony W. Bibb.

Survivors include 2 children; Jahmil Asai Walker, Tekulve Ladell (Samatha) Walker, 2 siblings; Ricky Bibb, Pernell (Tina) Bibb, 1 step-brother; William "Jae" (Lee Ann) Allison, Aunts & Uncles; Louise Allen, Roger Allen, Ronnie Allen, and LaVaughn Duncan. 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and fur baby, Millie.
