Vernon Lee. Nourse III, "Lil Bubba" was born to Vernon Lee Nourse Jr. and Edith Washington on July 4, 1977. Vernon departed this life on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at his home. Vernon was a native of Russellville, Kentucky, where he attended public school.

Vernon was a devoted Deacon at New Zion Baptist Church in Quality, Kentucky. Beyond his role as a deacon, Vernon had a successful career as a truck driver, a profession that he pursued with the same diligence and integrity that defined his life. He worked for both Dillon Trucking in Indiana and Max Arnold Trucking, where he demonstrated a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility.

Vernon had a passion for trucking, as it was natural to him, because his father drove as well. He would spend hours wiping and cleaning on his truck on the weekends. He would have it so clean you could eat off the floor. He ventured out on his own and became an owner/operator for Nourse Trucking LLC.

Vernon Lee Nourse III was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Lee Nourse Jr.

Vernon Lee Nourse III, leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife Marisa Nourse, Sons; Vernon Tre Nourse, Tyverious "Ty" Nourse. Mother, Edith Washington, of Russellville, KY. Sisters; Christie Nourse Montgomery (Sylvester), of Louisville, KY. Rochelle Gardner, of Russellville, KY, and Maeanda Nourse, of Springfield, TN. A host nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Marisa's God Mother Yulonda, devoted family friend The Shannon family.

To know Vernon was to love him. He enjoyed playing jokes on people and enjoyed all types of music, from Country music to Tupac.

Vernon enjoyed spending time with family during family vacation and also cherished his time with friends. Vernon truly enjoyed drag racing his Impala Super Sport. However, nothing in life can compare when it came to fatherhood. His boys was his world and they did no wrong in his eyes. If he did not teach them anything he taught them how to love and respect their mother.
