Vestus McKinley Beamon was born August 22, 1928 in Faison, North Carolina to the late William Henry Beamon and the late Mary Brunson Beamon. He was a retired cook at Job Corp, and co-owned Nance's Resturant, and owned his own Upholstery Shop.

In his spare time he enjoyed Farming and Fishing.

He was a member of Virginia Street Baptist Church where he served as an Usher and on the Laymens Committee.

He served 22 years in the U S Army.

Vestus McKinley Beamon passed away on March 31, 2020 at Tri Star Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN.

Survivors:

2 Sons: Vestus Beamon Jr, and Donald Beamon

1 Sister: Mary Delphine McLamb

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearlie W Beamon.

He leaves to mourn 5 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Granchildren. A host of Family and Friends.

A private funeral for the immediate family only, due to social distancing will be held at Gamble Funeral Home. A private burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Hopkinsville, KY.
