Victor Lance Burney was born May 10, 1982 in Lebanon, TN to Doris Collins Martin.  He was formerly employed by Custom Cooler as a production worker.

Victor Lance Burney passed away on June 17, 2020 at Jennie Stuart Memorial Hospital Hopkinsville, KY.

Survivors:

Children: Charles Martin, Adrian Martin, Victoria Martin, Olivia Burney, and Raegan Quarles

Fiance: Jennifer Dill

He was preceded in death by his Father: Sam Burney Jr.

A memorial service with limited capacity will be held at St Paul Baptist Church Guthrie, Ky. at 2:00PM on 06/25/2020
